DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

Collections can be made by appointment only, this will be discussed once you have placed your order.

Free delivery is available for postcode PE12. £4 delivery fee applies for all other postcodes.

Delivery/collection times:

Collections available on Friday 13th between from 5.30pm-8pm
Deliveries will take place on Saturday 14th between 9am-1pm

All valentines orders require a non refundable £10.00 booking deposit with the rest of the balance due on week of delivery. Please get in touch to request our payment details.

FLOWERS
Our flowers are carefully picked and are of high quality. We will be using suppliers in Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire for our valentines flowers.

REFUNDS
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds however if you are not happy with your flowers, please let us know within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate.
