DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Collections can be made by appointment only, this will be discussed once you have placed your order.
Free delivery can be arranged for addresses within the following postcodes PE12, PE13, PE14, PE15, PE16. We can deliver surprise flowers to work places or private homes. Delivery instructions will be discussed upon your order.
HOW TO ORDER
Please call or message us on 07799555797 or complete our enquiry form to order your bouquet. Once we have all the details, we will arrange payment.
FLOWERS
Our flowers are carefully picked and are of high quality. We use suppliers in Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire keeping it local.
Please note flowers may be substituted due to demand but will be kept in line with the agreed design and theme.
REFUNDS
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds however if you are not happy with your flowers, please let us know within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate.
